John Andrew
John Andrew has dedicated more than 25 years to serving marginalized and at-risk individuals through ministry, community outreach, and nonprofit leadership. Drawing from his own journey of overcoming addiction and homelessness, John has spent his life building organizations that provide practical support, hope, and lasting transformation.
Throughout his career, he has founded and led multiple outreach initiatives, emergency shelters, recovery programs, social enterprises, and community ministries, mobilizing hundreds of volunteers and developing sustainable models of care. His passion lies in strengthening organizations that serve vulnerable communities, helping leaders build healthy foundations that create lasting impact.
John brings a wealth of lived experience, compassionate leadership, and organizational insight to Renewing Hope Agency, where he is committed to helping mission-driven organizations grow stronger, healthier, and more sustainable.
